Come to Stillness: Take a few minutes to allow your mind and heart to be still before God.

           

Opening Prayer: Our Father, giver of all gifts, You love and choose us, your least ones.  Increase our humility so that we might rejoice in the generosity of Your love and be mindful that the good in us comes from You, Creator, Redeemer, and Giver of Life, now and forever.  Amen.

Closing Prayer: New every morning is your love great God of light and all day long you are working for good in your world.  Stir up in us the desire to serve you and to devote each day to your Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ.  We praise you with joy, loving God, because your grace is better than life.  Once again you have sustained us through the darkness and blessed us with life in this new day.  Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love that we might sing for joy and be glad all our days.  Amen.
