Opening Prayer: Lord Jesus, you made yourself nothing.  Nothing!  Not something, but nothing.  And you call me to do the same.  Give me the grace and the strength and the courage to follow your example.  Amen.

Journal: How do you make yourself nothing?  How are you tempted to make yourself something?  What does it look like in your life to follow Christ’s example of making himself nothing?
